摘要
在廉洁从教释义的基础上结合高校辅导员角色定位,运用角色、群体等社会学理论从个人、群体、社会三维度探析高校辅导员廉洁从教的必要性和必然性。研究认为廉洁从教是辅导员个体发展的道德内化,也是辅导员职业群体的行业要求,更是社会对于辅导员的道德共识。
Based on the definition of integrity in teaching, matching the role position ,and other sociological theories, we can discover the importance and necessity of the integrity in teaching of colleges from individual ,group ,and social three perspectives. Researching the integrity in teaching is the moral refinement for assistants in the colleges ,the requirements of the industry and also the common moral sense for the assistants.
