地方本科院校转型背景下《茶学专业英语》课程教学改革探索与实践——以武夷学院茶学(茶文化经济方向)专业为例

Exploration and Practice of Curriculum Teaching Reform of Tea Science English Under the Background of Local University Transition

我国经济发展方式的深刻变化,对地方本科院校的人才培养提出了新的要求,新建地方本科院校探索向应用技术大学转型发展,培养与地方产业发展相适应的应用型人才。《茶学专业英语》课程应为地方茶产业培养具备使用英语进行茶叶营销推广、茶事服务和基本的国际茶文化交流工作的应用型人才。本文以此为背景,从教学内容、教学方法、考核与评价方式等方面进行了一系列探索与实践,调动了学生专业英语学习的积极性,提高了学生的专业英语表达与运用能力。

The profound changes of our country economic structure set new demand for the talent training of local universities. The local universities exploring to application-technology oriented transition, so as to cultivate talents adapt to the local industry. The course of Special English for Tea Science should train talents which capable of using English in tea marketing, tea affairs service, and basic international communication. In this case, this thesis do some exploration and practice on the reform tea science English teaching from the aspect of teaching content, teaching methods and assessment measures. As a result, the studying enthusiasm of students was aroused and the communication and actual operation ability of tea science English was improved.
