优秀传统文化与大学生就业观教育的融合

The Integration of Traditional Culture and Employment view in Education for College Students

六十多年来我国大学生就业观教育有经验也有教训。随着改革开放的进一步深化,当前就业观教育面临着诸多问题和挑战。我国优秀传统文化中蕴含着宝贵而丰富的教育资源和内容,能够帮助大学生树立科学的就业观。可以从育人的环境、教育的内容、教育实践、教育制度等几个方面来推进优秀传统文化与大学生就业观教育的融合。

There is experience and lessons inthe education of employment viewfor college students over sixty years. With the further deepening reformation and opening-up policy, however, there are many problems and challenges in the current education of employment view.Though,there are many precious and abundant educational resources and contents in Chinese traditional culture which will help our students establish a scientific view of employment. The ways to promote the integration of traditional culture and employment view in edu-cation for college students are as followings：the educational environment, the educational contents, the educational practices, and the edu-cational system,etc.
