矿井提升机驱动系统双PWM变频器的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过分析传统矿井提升机驱动系统性能上的不足,结合煤矿生产实际,介绍了双PWM变频器在矿井提升机变频驱动系统升级改造中的应用。着重分析了其中PWM整流器在功率因数控制,电能回馈,谐波抑制等方面的优良性能,提出了双PWM变频器在矿井提升机驱动系统上应用的优越性,在样机的基础上进行了实验分析,并创新性地提出了超级电容在PWM整流器直流侧母线的储能滤波应用。 Through the analysis of the insufficiency of the traditional mine hoist drive system performance, combined with the actual production in coal mine,this paper introduces the dual PWMconverter’s application in upgrading variable frequency drive system of the mine hoist.The excellent performance of the PWMrectifier is analyzed emphatically in the power factor control,electric energy feedback,harmonic suppression,the su-periority of the dual PWMconverter applied in mine hoist drive system is put forward on the basis of the proto-type experiment verification,and the super capacitors’application in PWMrectifier DC bus’energy -storage and filtering is presented innovatively.
