校企合作 共赢发展——巢湖学院化学化工与生命科学学院转型发展的探索与实践

ON SCHOOL-ENTERPRISE COOPERATION AND MUTUAL DEVELOPMENT——EXPLORATION AND PRACTICE OF TRANSFORMATION DEVELOPMENT FOR THE SCHOOL OF CHEMICAL ENGINEERING & LIFE SCIENCES IN CHAOHU UNIVERSITY

地方本科高校转型发展既是经济发展方式转变、产业结构转型升级的迫切要求,是解决新增劳动力就业结构性矛盾的紧迫要求,也是贯彻落实国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育部署,加快教育综合改革、建设现代教育体系的重大举措。巢湖学院化生学院通过专业转型、师资转型、课程设置转型、校企共商人才培养方案和深化产学研合作等实践,探索出一条地方高校二级院系转型发展、创办应用技术型院系的办学之路。

The transformation development for local undergraduate colleges and universities is the urgent requirements of the trans-formation of the mode of economic development, the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, and resolution to the new structural contradiction of employment, and is also the important measure for implementing the deployment of the modern occupation education of the State Council, speeding up the comprehensive reform of education and building a modern education system. The ways of running the school for the transformation development of the department in local universities was explored in School of Chemical Engineering＆amp;Life Sciences in Chaohu University through the transformation of professions, teachers and curriculum and school-enterprise jointly determine the personnel training programs and deep cooperation of industry-universi-ty-research and other practices.
