赛艇运动员身体成分与训练效果的相关分析 被引量:1

ON THE CORRELATION ANALYSIS OF ROWERS' BODY COMPOSITION AND THEIR TRAINING RESULTS

摘要 [目的]以20名赛艇运动员为研究对象,观察并分析冬训期身体成分的变化及其与训练效果的关系。[方法]在冬训期内定期测定身体成分指标和用赛艇测功仪进行2000m测试,并分析两者关系。[结果]研究结果发现:在冬训期内男女运动员的体重无显著变化(p>0.05),而平均体脂百分比和平均去脂体重分别呈显著下降和增加的趋势(p均<0.05)。男女运动员的平均去脂体重与2000m成绩显著相关(p均<0.001),且相关性高于体重。[结论]结果提示:男女赛艇运动员在冬训期内身体成分变化特点基本一致,且其变化与训练效果相关;建议为了取得好的训练效果或成绩,运动员在保持一定体重的同时应积极改善身体成分,尽可能地降低体脂百分比以提高去脂体重水平。 The objective of this paper is to observe and analyze the change of the composition in the body and relationships with training effects through taking 20 rowing athletes as objects of the study. During the winter training term, the body compo-sition is periodically determined and 2000m is tested through the rowing ergo meter to find the relationships between body composition and 2000m rowing ergo test. Findings show that during the training the weight of male and female athletes does not change significantly (p﹥0.05);average body fat percentage decreases significantly and the average fat-free percentage (FFM) increases significantly(p﹤0.05). The average fat-free percentage of male and female athletes is related to the results of 2000m (P﹤0.001). The correlation is higher than the weight. This paper concludes that male and female rowers show the similar body composition throughout the training cycle and the changes of body composition are related to training effects. It is strongly rec-ommended that athletes should maintain body weight at a certain level and actively improve body composition n order to achieve better training results and achievements through reducing the percentage of body fat as much as possible and increasing fat-free levels.
