摘要
基于工作过程导向和岗位能力分析,探讨基于工作过程的"三室三岗"工学结合高职旅游英语人才培养模式,并从课程设置与教学安排、实训与实践教学、深度合作的企业与工学交替的教材和课程、专兼职专业团队建设等方面探索该模式的创新实践,以实现该专业人才培养规格与行业标准和企业需求的有效对接。
Based on the analysis of working process and post ability for tourism English major, this paper mainly dwells on "Three-room three-post"talents' cultivation mode combining work with study practice, the mode requires corresponding courses teaching arrangement, cooperative enterprises, courses textbooks for combining work with study, practice bases and teaching faculty both from enterprises and tourism English major. All the efforts are finally meant to cultivate the needed talents for local enterprises.
