Practice and Analysis of Applying Ansoff Matrix Thinking to the Community Education Activities in University Associations

将策略管理领域的ansoff矩阵思维运用于大学生社团社区教育活动,"社区渗透"、"社区开发"、"服务开发"和"多元化"四大战略的制定和实施成功解决了我院大学生社团社区教育活动的一些不足之处,探索了大学生社团开展社区教育活动"可示范、可扩展和可复制"的路径。文章提出大学生社团要有专业意识、市场意识和系统意识。

In this case,Ansoff Matrix Thinking is applied to community education activities in university associations.Enactment of the four strategies of ＂community penetration＂,＂community development＂,＂service development＂and ＂diversity＂has successfully solved some problems in the present activity,signifying a＂demonstrable,scalable and replicable＂way of university associations＇ community education activities. It also points out that those university associations should have the awareness of major,market as well as system.
