我国高校教学管理队伍研究述评——基于最近20年文献的分析

Review of the Research on the Teaching Management in Universities in China——Based on the Analysis of Literature in the Past 20 Years

反观20年的文献资料,我国关于教学管理队伍的研究主要集中在该队伍自身建设、问题分析与对策、专业化和素质要求等方面,成果丰富,但仍存在基础理论研究有待深入、应用性研究亟需加强等方面的不足。

In review of literature in the past 20 years,research about teams of teaching management in China mainly concentrated on the team construction itself,along with problem analysis and countermeasures,degrees of professional and requirements about quality,etc. Abundant achievements are made,but there are still some problems that need further researching in aspects of basic theory and application studies.
