高职院校科研工作的理性思考:困境、原则及对策

A rational analysis on scientific research work in higher vocational colleges

当前高职院校科研工作主要面临三大困境,即基础薄弱、氛围不浓以及激励机制不完善。高职院校要摆脱这些困境,首先要遵循科研与教学相结合原则、错位发展原则、比较优势原则、开放性原则以及区域性行业性原则,同时还需采取相应的策略,如加大科研经费的投入力度,构建有效的科研工作激励机制,规划重点、对接地方区域发展需求,完善科研平台体系建设以及强化科研团队的培育。

There are three major difficulties for scientific research work in higher vocational institutions, which are weak foundation, indifferent atmosphere and defective incentive mechanism. To overcome these difficulties, higher vocational colleges should adhere to the principles, such as integrating research and teaching, misplaced development, comparative advantage, openness, etc. In addition, the colleges should adopt corresponding tactics, such as increasing investment in research, constructing an effective incentive mechanism, focusing on regional development, improving the construction of scientific research platform and cultivating research team.
