摘要
目的建立枸芪复肾丸中梓醇的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定枸芪复肾丸中梓醇的含量。采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸=0.8∶99.2,流速:1.0 m L·min-1,柱温:30℃,检测波长:210 nm。结果梓醇在0.36μg^3.6μg进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8,加样回收率为98.84%,RSD为0.75%。结论该方法结果准确,重复性好,可用于枸芪复肾丸中梓醇的含量。
Objective To establish the determination method of catalpol content in goupi fushen pills. Methods HPLC was used to determine catalpol content in goupi fushen pills. Chromatographic column：Kromasil C18（ 250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm）; mobile phase： acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid = 0. 8∶ 99. 2; flow rate： 1. 0 m L·min^-1,column temperature： 30 ℃; detection wavelength： 210 nm. Results The good linear relationship presented between the sample size and peak area from 0. 36 to 3. 6 μg,r = 0. 999 8. The average recovery was 98. 84%,RSD was 0. 75%. Conclusion The method obtains the accurate results and good repeatability and can be used for the determination of catalpol content in goupi fushen pills.
