Cyclin-dependent kinase 10 and tumorigenesis

摘要 周期素依赖性激酶10(CDK10)通过与转录因子Ets2相互作用参与调控细胞周期,发挥抑癌基因的作用.研究表明CDK10表达下调与多种肿瘤形成密切相关,提示CDK10有希望成为针对恶性肿瘤的潜在分子诊断标志物和治疗靶点. Cyclin-dependent kinase 10 (CDK10) function as a tumor suppressor gene through regulating cell cycle interacting with transcription factor Ets2.Studies demonstrate that the downregulation of CDK10 expression occurs in multiple cancer types,indicating a potential application of CDK10 as a molecular diagnostic marker as well as therapeutic target.
