摘要
由于振动筛的工作强度大,工作环境十分恶劣,振动筛大梁容易出现裂纹,当前实际一直没有解决振动筛大梁裂纹检测问题。文章提出运用超声波检测的方法,并通过理论分析与实验对其可行性进行了研究,为振动筛大梁裂纹的实际现场检测提供了重要的指导作用。
As the heavy working intensity and poor working condition, the beam of shaker is prone to cracking. The problem of beams detection at the current situation has not been solved. This paper proposes the use of ultrasonic testing method and studies the feasibility by the theoretical analysis and experiment, which provide an important guiding role for the beams cracks of shaker at the actual on-site detection.
