为适应辽宁地区玉米收获,根据辽宁地区的玉米种植方式,设计研制4YZ-3型自走式玉米收获机。探讨该机的玉米收获工艺,介绍摘穗辊、还田机、收割台、剥皮机构等重要部件的详细设计思路以及技术参数,为辽宁地区的玉米收获提供适用机型。
According to the cultivation pattern of corn in Liaoning area, the article expounds the design of type 4YZ-3 self-propelled corn harvester which is suitable for corn harvesting in Liaoning area. It discusses the machine＆#39;s technique of harvesting corn, introduces the detailed design and technique parameter of main components-snapping roll, returning field machine, cutting header, peeling body etc., provides applicable machines for corn harvesting in Liaoning area.
