摘要
为解决水田育苗过程中碎土劳动强度大、效率低的问题,设计研制了工厂化育苗生产线配套机具——小型碎土机。介绍碎土机的基本结构及工作原理,着重阐述关键部件的设计和使用Solid Works建模方法。试验结果表明:该机结构紧凑、运行平稳、工作效率高、作业质量好,可促进工厂化育苗技术的快速发展。
For solving the problem of high labor intensity and low efficiency in the process of paddy seedling, a small soil pulverizer is designed;it is matching machinery for the production line of industrial seedling. The article introduces the basic structure and operating theory of soil pulverizer, expounds the design of main components and using SolidWorks to establish model. The experiment result shows: the machinery's structure is logical, its operating is stable, and has high working efficiency and good quality, can promote the development of the technology of industrial seedling.
