农民工外出务工对就业渠道选择的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Employment Channel Choice of Migrant Workers

为解决外出务工人员就业渠道单一的问题,分析406份沈阳市农民工调查数据,采用二元logit模型研究农民工就业渠道选择的影响因素。结果表明:城市务工经历降低了农民工对关系型渠道的依赖;搜寻成本低及可调配的社会资源丰富是农民工选择关系渠道就业的主要原因;性别及母亲职业声望对农民工就业渠道选择影响显著。

Migrant workers＇employment channel normally is narrow, in order to solve this problem, this article analyzes 406 survey da-ta of migrant workers in Shenyang, and use binary logit model to study the influence factors for migrant workers choosing employment channel. The result shows：the working experience in the city reduced migrant workers＇ dependency on relation channel; migrant work-ers choose relation channel to work, the main reasons are low searching cost and adjustable society source is rich; sexuality and moth-er＇s occupation reputation obviously influence migrant workers＇employment channel choice.
