代谢手术--糖尿病治疗的新视角、新方法 被引量：1

摘要 糖尿病治疗的远期目标是减少慢性并发症发生，降低致残、致死率。目前糖尿病的常规治疗模式是健康教育、医学营养治疗、运动、药物、血糖监测多管齐下。然而，糖尿病的发病机制复杂，即使采取上述综合管理措施，仍有相当一部分患者的病情不能得到有效控制。
