Treatment principles of tumor based on the theory of ascending and descending qi movement

调理气机升降是治疗疾病的基本原则和重要手段,其理论思想奠定于《黄帝内经》,后世医家依据气机升降理论较为全面地制定治则。气机升降失调是导致肿瘤与机体失衡的基本病理过程,是肿瘤产生的共性病机,但是不同肿瘤的病机一定存在着某种特异性,而这种病机特异性则表现在脏腑气机升降的特异性,以此制定肿瘤治则可使治疗肿瘤具有针对性强、疗效显著等特点,且对重大新药创制具有重要的启示意义。

Balancing the ascending and descending movement of qi is a basic principle and important method in the treatment of disease,whose theoretical framework was formed in Huang Di Nei Jing.Later doctors established more comprehensive therapeutic principles according to the theory of ascending and descending qi movement.Ascending and descending qi movement disorder is a common pathologic process,leading to imbalance of the tumor and the body,and also the commonality of tumor pathogenesis.But variances do exist in the pathogenesis of different tumors,which could be found in the ascending and descending qi movement of the viscera.Therapeutic strategies formulated for the treatment of tumor based on this theory could provide more specific targets for treatment,more significant therapeutic effects,and enlightment for the development of major new drugs.
