人参联合蒙脱石散治疗反复发作性小儿腹泻临床观察

Ginseng combined montmorillonite powder in treatment of recurrent clinical observation of infantile diarrhea

目的：观察人参联合蒙脱石散治疗反复发作性小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法：2013年2月~2014年2月我院收治的小儿腹泻患者130例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组用蒙脱石散治疗,治疗组加用人参煎汤内服。结果：治疗组显效47占72.31%,有效18例占27.69%,无一例无效;对照组显效19例占29.23%,有效21例占32.31%,无效25例占36.7%。治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。各项指标比较中,治疗组大便性状恢复时间、体温下降时间以及止泻时间也优于对照组,并且具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：人参联合蒙脱石散对于反复发作性小儿腹泻治疗效果显著,副反应小,值得临床进一步推广应用。

objective： to observe the ginseng combined montmorillonite powder in treatment of recurrent the clinical curative effect of infantile diarrhea. Methods： in May 2013to May 2014, 130cases of infantile diarrhea patients of our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, control group was treated with montmorillonite powder, ginseng decoction treatment group used soup to drink. Results： the treatment group were 47 （72. 31% ）, 18cases （27.69%）, no one is invalid; Control group 19cases were markedly improved （ 29. 23% ）, effective 21cases （ 32. 31% ）, invalid 25cases （ 36. 7% ）. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group, the difference statistically significant （ P〈 0. 05）. The indicators in the comparison, the treatment group stool properties, temperature drop time and recovery time antidiarrheal time also is better than that of control group, with statistical significance （ P〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： ginseng combined montmorillonite powder for recurrent infantile diarrhea treatment effect is remarkable, small side effects, worthy of further clinical application.
