补阳还五汤配合中药泡足治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

Curative Observation of Using Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combine with Chinese Medicine Foot Bath to Treat Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的：观察补阳还五汤配合中药泡足治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法：选取2012年1月~2014年1月我院收治的200例糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予糖尿病周围神经病变西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予补阳还五汤配合中药泡足治疗。观察记录两组患者的自觉症状、肌张力及神经发射情况;测量两组患者的肌电图,观察两组患者治疗前后患者运动神经正中神经、尺神经、胫神经传导速度变化情况。结果：观察组治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的总有效率为90.0%显著高于对照组的68.0%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗后运动神经如正中神经、尺神经、胫神经传导速度均得到改善,但是观察组患者运动神经传导速度改善情况要明显好于对照组,以上差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：补阳还五汤配合中药泡足对治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者临床疗效显著,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective： Studying the clinical curative effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with the Chinese medicine foot bath for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods： Selecting 200 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital as the research object,and randomly divided them into controlled group and observation group,the controlled group was given diabetes peripheral neuropathy of conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group was given Buyang Huanwu Decoction comined with Chinese medicine foot bath on the basis of the controlled group. Subjective symptom observed patients of two groups,muscle tension and neural firing condition; electromyography measurement of two groups of patients,observing two groups of patients before and after treatment in motor nerve median nerve,ulnar nerve,tibial nerve conduction velocity changes. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy（ 90. 0%） was significantly higher than the controlled group（ 68%）,the differences were statistical significance（ P 0. 05）. Patients in two groups after treatment with motor nerve,such as median nerve,ulnar nerve,tibial nerve conduction speed were improved,but the group of patients with motor nerve conduction velocity was observed to be significantly better than that of the controlled group,the above differences were statistically significant（ P0. 05）. Conclusion： Clinical curative effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction with Chinese medicine foot bath supplement in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients is distinct,is worthy of further popularization and application.
