摘要 鉴于太阳日照和风能的间歇性和随机性使光伏发电和风力发电输出功率随日照强度的变化而波动,在分析了光伏发电特性、风力发电特性和飞轮储能特性的基础上,提出一种基于模糊控制的风光储混合发电系统输出功率平滑控制方案。以某典型日为算例,仿真观察和分析风光储混合发电系统的飞轮转速、输出功率及平滑因数,并与无飞轮储能系统、简单飞轮储能系统两种情况进行比较。仿真结果显示,基于模糊控制的风光储混合发电系统输出功率得到平滑控制,平滑因数约6×10-9,几乎可忽略不计。仿真结果表明所提控制方法能有效抑制风光储混合发电系统输出功率的波动。 In view of fluctuation of output power of photovoltaic generation and wind power generation with changes of sun-light intensity caused by intermittent and random of solar sunlight and wind power,a kind of smoothing control scheme for output power of wind/solar hybrid generation system based on fuzzy control was proposed by analyzing characteristics of photovoltaic generation,wind power generation and flywheel energy storage. Taking some typical day as an example,simu-lation observation and analysis was carried out on flywheel rotate speed,output power and smoothing factors of the wind/so-lar hybrid generation system which was compared with the system without flywheel energy storage system and simple fly-wheel energy storage system. Simulation results showed that output power of wind/solar hybrid generation system was real-ized smoothing control based on fuzzy control with the smoothing factor of 6×10^-9 that was able to be ignored. The result indicated that the proposed method was able to effectively restrain fluctuation of output power of the wind/solar hybrid gen-eration system.
