个体化健康教育对妇科肿瘤手术患者健康知识及康复水平的影响

Effects of individual health education on health knowledge and the level of rehabilitation of patients with gynecologic tumors surgery

目的探讨个体化健康教育对妇科肿瘤手术患者的影响。方法抽选我院的97例妇科肿瘤手术患者,随机分为对照组(n=48,予常规健康教育)和观察组(n=49,予个体化健康教育),比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者术后焦虑、抑郁(SAS、SDS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量表(PSQI)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);健康知识掌握率、生活质量(QLQ-C30)评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后并发症发生率以及排气、进固体食物时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对妇科肿瘤手术患者给予有针对性的个体化健康教育,可减少并发症,促进术后康复。

Objective To investigate the effects of individual health education on the patients with gynecological tumor operation. Methods All 97 cases of patients, received gynecological tumors surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group（n=48, given routine health education） and observation group（n=49, given individualized health education）.The nursing effects in two groups were compared. Results The anxiety, depression（SAS, SDS） score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale（PSQI） score of patients in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Core rate of health knowledge and quality of life scale（QLQ C30） score were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Postoperative complications and exhaust and the time of taking solid food were obviously lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The individualized health education given to the patients with gynecological tumor surgery can reduce the complications. This method can promote postoperative recovery.
