无痛分娩联合前列腺素E2栓对妊娠晚期羊水偏少患者疗效研究

Outcomes research of painless childbirth combined prostaglandin E2 on late pregnancy with oligohydramnios patient

目的探讨无痛分娩联合前列腺素E2栓对妊娠晚期羊水偏少患者的疗效。方法根据随机数字表法将100例孕妇分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用无痛分娩与前列腺素E2栓联合应用,对照组采用缩宫素。比较两组孕妇及新生儿情况。结果观察组促宫颈成熟的总有效率高于对照组,各时点宫颈Bishop评分均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组临产时间、总产程及住院时间均短于对照组,阴道分娩的比例高于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组胎儿窘迫及新生儿窒息的比例低于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分4-7分的比例低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论无痛分娩及前列腺素E2栓联合应用可以促进羊水偏少患者宫颈成熟,缩短产程,降低剖宫产率,降低胎儿窘迫及新生儿窒息的发生率。

Objective To investigate the painless labor union Prostaglandin E2 of late pregnancy with oligohydramnios patients. Methods According to the random number table method, 100 cases of maternal patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group was treated with painless childbirth and Prostaglandin E2. The control group were treated with oxytocin. The pregnant women and neonatal condition were compared. Results The total efficiency of observation group in promoting cervical ripening was significantly higher than the control group,Bishop scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. clinical time,labor time and hospitalization time of observation group were significantly shorter than the control group, vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control, the caesarean section rate of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia rate of observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the observation group neonatal Apgar score 4-7 ratio was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Painless childbirth and Prostaglandin E2 used together could promote low amniotic fluid of patients with cervical ripening, shorten birth process, reduce the rate of cesarean section, reduce the incidence of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia.
