369例夫精宫腔内人工授精妊娠率相关因素分析

Relevant factors analysis of 369 cases with fine intrauterine artificial insemination pregnancy rate

目的探讨IUI的临床妊娠率及其相关因素。方法回顾性分析我中心2010年1月1日-2013年12月31日的217例不孕患者共行369个IUI周期的临床资料,研究患者年龄、促排方案、不孕年限、周期、子宫内膜厚度与IUI妊娠率的关系。结果 217例不孕患者共进行了369个IUI周期45例妊娠,妊娠率为12.2%,促排卵周期妊娠率明显高于自然周期（P〈0.05）,不孕年限较短患者妊娠率明显升高,而年龄、周期、子宫内膜厚度对IUI妊娠率无影响（P〉0.05）。结论年龄〈35岁、不孕年限较短患者、子宫内膜厚度与类型较好者,促排卵周期少,妊娠率会明显提高。

Objective To explore the clinical pregnancy rate and related factors of IUI. Methods Through the retrospective analysis of the center on January 1,2010 to December 31,2013,217 cases of infertility patients were conducted clinical medical records of 369 cycles of IUI. Age,scheme,infertility fixed number of year,cycle,the relationship of endometrial thickness and pregnancy rates were analyzed. Results In 369 cycles of 217 couples,45 cycles resulted in pregnancy, pregnancy rate 12.2%,pregnancy rate of the ovulation-promoted cycle was higher than that of the nature cycle（P〈0.05）, fixed number of year is shorter in patients with infertility pregnancy rate increased significantly. While the age, cycle, endometrial thickness irrelevant to pregnancy rate（P〉0.05）. Conclusion For patients aged less than 35 and fixed number of year is shorter, the better thickness and type of uterus,pregnancy rate of the less ovulation-promoted cycle will increase significantly.
