摘要
目的:探讨冠心病并发非酒精性脂肪肝患者以及单纯冠心病患者血清中脂联素(APN)、肿瘤细胞因子-α(TNF-α)及胰岛素抵抗(IR)之间的关系。方法:将我院收治的240例冠心病患者根据是否并发非酒精性脂肪肝进行分组,其中冠心病并发非酒精性脂肪肝组与单纯冠心病组每组各120例。分别检测两组患者血清中APN、TNF-α以及IR含量,分析其与CHD并发NAFLD的联系。结果:冠心病并发非酒精性脂肪肝组120例患者血清中APN水平明显低于单纯冠心病组(P<0.05),TNF-α水平则明显高于单纯冠心病组(P<0.05)。APN与IR呈显著负相关,但IR在NAFLD、CHD中的因果关系尚不十分明确,有待进一步探讨。结论:APN、TNF-α以及IR水平测定对于减少NAFLD的发生具有重要意义,从而使CHD发生率降低。
Objective:To investigate patients with coronary heart disease complicated with nonalcoholic fatty liver and serum adiponectin with coronary heart disease ( APN) , tumor cell factor alpha ( TNF-α) and insulin resistance ( IR) and the relationship between .Method: 240 patients were treated in our hospital , complicated with non alcoholic fatty liver , were divided according to the coronary heart disease complicated with non alcoholic fatty liver group and simple CHD group , each with 120 cases.Two groups of patients with serum APN, TNF-αand IR content were detected , and then analyzed the relationship with CHD complicat-ed with NAFLD.Results:Coronary heart disease complicated with nonalcoholic fatty liver group of 120 pa-tients with serum APN levels were significantly lower than the simple CHD group ( P〈0.05) , TNF-αlevel was significantly higher than the group of coronary heart disease ( P〈0.05 ) .There was significant negative correlation between APN and IR , but the causal relation in NAFLD , IR in CHD was not very clear , need further study.Conclusion:The determination of APN, TNF-αand IR levels has important meaning to re-duce the incidence of NAFLD , so that CHD can reduce the incidence rate .
