摘要
目的:研究分析鹿角形肾结石经皮实施微创肾取石术对肾内血流动力学的影响。方法:选取2011年2月至2013年2月在本院进行治疗的100例鹿角形肾结石患者,在进行微创肾取石术前和手术后的1d、1周、1个月用彩色多普勒超声分析其对各级肾动脉的血流动力的影响。结果:患者手术后1周各级肾动脉的收缩期顶峰流速、舒张期低峰流速、平均血流速度以及阻力指数与手术前无明显差异(P>0.05);而患者手术后1个月各级肾动脉的收缩期顶峰流速、舒张期低峰流速、平均血流速度都显著升高、阻力指数显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实行经皮微创肾取石术对治疗鹿角形肾结石的肾内血流动力学有着重要影响,值得医学对其进行科研研究。
Objective:To research the influence of the renal hemodynamics by taking minimally inva-sive nephrolithotomy to renal staghorn calculi .Method: 100 cases of renal calculi staghorn treated in our hospital from Feb.2011 to Feb.2013, analyzed the influence on all renal artery hemodynamics by using ul-trasound color doppler before and after operation at one day , one weeks, one month.Result:One week after operation, patients’various renal artery systolic peak velocity , diastolic peak flow velocity, low mean blood flow velocity and resistance index and operation had no significant difference ,it had not statistically signifi-cant ( P〉0.05 );one month after operation , patients ’ renal artery peak velocity , diastolic peak velocity , mean flow low speed were increased , the resistance index was significantly decreased , the difference had sta-tistical significance (P〈0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of minimally invasive percutaneous nephro-lithotomy has an important influence on the treatment of renal staghorn calculi , it is worthy of medical scien-tific research and development .
