经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切和前列腺电切治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效对比研究

The Comparative Study of the Clinical Effect between PKRP and TURP in Patients with BPH

目的:对比经尿道前列腺等离子双极前列腺电切术(PKRP)与前列腺电切术(TURP)在良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者中的应用效果。方法:86例BPH患者随机分为TURP组(n=43)与PKRP组(n=43),分别采用TURP与PKRP治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:PKRP组患者手术时间显著短于TURP组(P<0.05),术中出血量显著少于TURP组(P<0.05),住院时间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);经术后评估、随访,两组患者术后IPSS、QOL及Qmax均显著改善(P<0.05),但术后两组之间比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);PKRP组患者并发症发生率显著低于TURP组(P<0.05)。结论:KPRP与TURP在BPH的治疗中均具有可靠的疗效,但KPRP患者手术时间更短,术中出血更少,术后并发症更少,值得推广。

Objective：To contrast the clinical effects between PKRP and TURP in patients with BPH . Method：86 patients with BPH were randomly divided into the TURP group （ n=43） and the PKRP group （ n=43）, and then the clinical effects were contrasted between the two groups .Result： In the PKRP group, the operative time was significantly shorter , blood loss was significantly less than that in the TURP group （ P〈0.05）;there was no significantly difference in hospital stay between the two groups （ P〉0.05）; After the operation, IPSS, QOL, and Qmax were significantly better than before in the two groups （P〈0.05）, but no significantly difference between the two groups after operation （P〉0.05）; The incidence of complications of the PKRP group was significantly higher than the TURP group （ P〈0.05）.Conclusion： PKRP and TURP have reliable efficacy in patients with BPH , but the KPRP has shorter operative time , less blood loss, and less complication , it’ s worthy of promotion .
