摘要
针对机械产品研发阶段及生产培训阶段存在的实物拆卸繁琐、周期长及成本高的问题,提出一种基于Virtools虚拟现实平台的机械装备拆卸新技术。采用CAD技术构建拆卸对象、工具模型及拆卸场景;利用虚拟现实平台Virtools的Building Blocks(BB)行为模块及VSL编程语言综合编程的方法进行系统设计,实现虚拟场景的优化、虚拟拆卸工艺流程的控制和拆卸对象的碰撞检测等关键技术;最后利用搭建的虚拟拆卸系统对某款变速箱进行实例开发,验证系统平台的可行性。
A new virtual disassembling realization technology of mechanical equipment, based on virtual reality simulation technol- ogy, was put forward to settle the issues of complicated disassembling, long cycle and high cost during the product development phase and the training phase. The CAD technology was used to construct the models of disassembling objects, tools, and scene. The disassembling system key technologies such as optimization of virtual scene, control of virtual disassembly process, and collision detection of objects were realized,using Building Blocks (BB) and VSL programming language of virtual reality tool Virtools. The relative simulation test for a certain kind of gearbox was carried on in the virtual dismantling system, and verified the feasibility of the system platform.
