摘要
针对数控机床能量效率难以在线监测的问题,提出一种基于机床功率平衡方程和能量损耗特性的数控机床能效在线监测方法。该方法通过实时测量机床总电源输入功率和主轴输入功率分离出切削功率,从而在线获取机床能量效率,同时基于功率信息在线识别机床状态,获得机床设备利用率等信息。给出了基于ARM(Advanced RISC Machines)&Win CE平台的数控机床能效在线监测分析系统软/硬件解决方案,完成了系统的初步开发和实现。通过实验验证了该系统具有较高的准确性和方便的实用性。数控机床能效在线监测对于机械加工过程和车间能效评估、能耗预测、能量管理及节能技术研究均有重要支持作用,具有较广阔的应用前景。
In order to solve the difficulties of energy efficiency on-line monitoring of CNC machine tools, proposed an on-line ener- gy efficiency monitoring method based on the power balance equation and energy loss characteristics of machine tools. In this method, cutting power can be calculated automatically through measuring the input power of main transmission system and the to- tal power of machine tools. And then the energy efficiency of machine tools can be obtained. At the same time, the equipment utilization of machine tools was calculated based on recognizing the status of machine tools on-line using power information. A set of software and hardware solutions of the on-line energy efficiency monitoring system based on ARM and WinCE platform were proposed, and the system was developed as well. The accuracy and practicality of the system had been verified by experiment. On-line energy efficiency monitoring of CNC machine tools plays an important role in supporting energy efficiency evaluation, energy consumption prediction, energy management and energy saving, which has broad application prospect.
