摘要
为了降低厚度对叶绿素仪在测量土壤和作物分析仪器开发(SPAD)值的影响,提出了一种厚度自校正的SPAD测量方法。首先,介绍了厚度自校正的测量原理;其次,设计了一套可同时测量SPAD值和叶片厚度的测量系统;最后,通过水稻进行实验验证。结果表明:自校正后的SPAD与各叶绿素含量的相关系数均比自校正前有明显提高,平均达到了0.819,该测量方法提高了SPAD估计叶绿素的能力和精确度。
In order to reduce the impact of leaf thickness on measuring SPAD about chlorophyll meter , a method which based on leaf thickness self-correcting for SPAD measuring is proposed .Firstly ,the principle of thickness self-correcting is introduced .Secondly , a system used to get the value of SPAD and leaf thickness is designed .Finally , experiment is conducted to verify the feasibility on the rice .The experiment results indicate that the correlation coefficient between chlo-rophyll and SPAD have visible improvement when thickness self-correcting method used than not .The average correlation coefficient is up to 0.819.The measure method can enhance the ability and accuracy of using SPAD to evaluate chloro-phyll .
