摘要
引入离散元仿真技术对碾米机械进行仿真研究,旨在探索碾米机在碾白过程中的碎米机理。通过模拟大米在输送过程来获得速度、运动轨迹等数据,由图表等方式输出模拟结果,可以看到米粒群绕着碾辊做螺旋形前进的运动规律。该技术在粮食机械设计系统的研究中具有重要的推广意义,可为碾米机优化设计提供理论参考,也为其他农业物料精确定量分配提供了一种新的方法。
This paper introduces a discrete element simulation technology milling machine simulation study aimed to ex -plore the mechanism of broken rice in milled rice mill white process by simulating the rice in the transportation process to get the speed, trajectory and other data,the output from the charts, etc.The simulation results can be seen around the base grind grain for the movement of the spiral roll forward , the technology has important significance in the study of food processing machinery to promote the design of the system , you can optimize the design for the rice mill to provide a theo-retical reference , but also for other precise quantitative distribution of agricultural materials provides a new approach .
