解放战争时期陈云东北剿匪思想研究

陈云领导的东北剿匪斗争使抗战胜利初期东北严重的匪患在两年内得到基本肃清,为全东北的解放乃至建国后东北地区大规模的经济建设打下了坚实基础。在剿匪政策的制定和剿匪斗争的开展过程中,陈云一以贯之的实事求是和群众路线的思想工作方法,保证了其在危急形势下作出正确决策并取得重大胜利。陈云的这种思想工作方法是将马克思主义毛泽东思想灵活运用到军事方面的重要体现,是其思想体系的重要组成部分,对当今军队建设和军民关系的构建具有重要借鉴意义。

Chen Yun＇s suppressing bandits in northeast areas basically eliminated the rampant banditry during the initial period after the victory of Anti-Japanese War, which lay a solid foundation for the liberation of the whole northeast areas and its economic construction after the founding of new China. In the process of policy-making and developing of exterminating banditti struggle, Chen Yun＇s consist-ent thinking and working methods of seeking truth from facts and persisting in mass line make him ensure to make right decisions and get a great victory in critical situations. Chen Yun ＇s methods are an important manifestation of applying Marxism and Mao Ze-dong Thought to military in a flexible way and an important part of his ideological system. These thoughts are still of great reference value for the building of army and construction of civil-military relations.
