宫颈脱落细胞DKK-3基因甲基化在宫颈癌中的意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的检测宫颈脱落细胞Dickkopf相关蛋白3(DKK-3)基因启动子甲基化并研究其在宫颈癌中的临床意义。方法选择宫颈癌患者(CER组)和健康女性(CON组)为研究对象,采用甲基化特异性PCR(MSP)检测两组研究对象宫颈脱落细胞DKK-3基因启动子甲基化,比较DKK-3基因启动子甲基化率在不同临床病理因素中的差异。结果 CER组宫颈癌患者宫颈脱落细胞DKK-3基因启动子甲基化率明显高于CON组健康女性(53.8%vs.0.0%,P<0.01)。CER组宫颈癌患者宫颈脱落细胞DKK-3基因启动子甲基化率在HPV感染、组织学分级、肿瘤最大径、淋巴结转移、远处转移和国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期中的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),有HPV感染、组织学分级高、肿瘤最大径大于或等于4cm、有淋巴结转移、有远处转移和FIGO分期晚的宫颈癌患者DKK-3基因启动子甲基化率明显高于无HPV感染、组织学分级低、肿瘤最大径小于4cm、无淋巴结转移、无远处转移和FIGO分期早的患者。结论宫颈癌患者宫颈脱落细胞DKK-3基因启动子甲基化与HPV感染、组织学分级、肿瘤最大径、淋巴结转移、远处转移和FIGO分期有关,可用于评估宫颈癌的病情严重程度和预后。
