共情护理在X线引导下乳腺隐匿性病变检查中的应用

Application effects of emoathy nursing in X- ray- guided examination for nonpalpable breast lesions

目的：探讨共情护理在X线引导下对乳腺隐匿性病变检查中的作用。方法：将2011年1月~2014年7月我院收治的89例乳腺隐匿性病变患者随机分为对照组和试验组，对照组实施常规护理，试验组在对照组基础上检查前行针对性共情护理干预。术后调查患者的满意度，统计术后并发症的发生率。结果：试验组患者满意度较对照组明显提高（P〈0.05），试验组术后并发症的发生率较对照组明显减少（P〈0.05）。结论：共情护理在乳腺癌患者中的应用，极大地提高了患者的满意度，对构建护患关系起到重要作用，值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective：To analyze the effect of emoathy nursing in X-ray-guided examination for nonpalpable breast lesions. Methods：89 cases of paitents with nonpalpable breast lesions were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Control group were cared with trondiatonal,while experi-mental group were received emoathy nursing. Results：The patients satisfaction in experimental group were significantly higher than control group （ P 〈0. 05）. And the complication in experimental group significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Emoathy nursing is very effecive in improving nurse-patient relationship.
