摘要
目的：探讨科室联动护理服务模式在化疗间歇期PICC导管维护中的应用效果。方法：选取2010年1月~2013年12月符合入组条件的患者40例，随机等分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组采用科室联动服务模式进行维护护理。结果：观察组患者在化疗间歇期发生机械性静脉炎、穿刺点感染、导管移位、穿刺点周围皮肤过敏、维护间隔时间≤6d的异常情况明显减少。结论：实行科室联动服务维护模式，可以确保全院PICC带管患者在化疗间歇期得到规范化标准化的护理。
Objective：To investigate the linkage department nursing service mode in the application of PICC catheter maintenance chemotherapy effect in the period of chemotherapy intermission. Methods：From January 2010 to December 2013,selected 40 patients matching the set of conditions and randomly divid-ed into the observation group and the control group. The control group given routine nursing,while the observation group received multi-sectoral linkage mode. Results：Observation group of patients on chemotherapy intermission mechanical phlebitis,puncture point interval time was less than and equal the six days of anomalies decreased signifcantly. Conclusion：The department linkage service maintenance mode can ensure patients with PICC tude to get standard-ized nursing in intermittent period of chemotherapy.
