新形势下县级中医院护理文化与品牌建设的实践及探索

Study on nursing culture and brand building in county traditional Chinese medicine hospital under new situation

目的:探讨中医院护理文化与品牌建设的实践与效果。方法:通过更新护理服务理念,制定服务细节规范,提升护士职业素养,运用PDCA循环等质量管理工具进行质量改进,完善制度优化服务流程,加强专科护理建设,创办护理文化期刊等进行护理文化与品牌建设的实践及探索。结果:护理工作得到了病人的普遍好评,病人满意度调查从96%上升到99.3%。护理工作得到了县级其他医院同行、社会人士的充分肯定和赞扬,护理人员的自身价值感和职业价值感得到提升。结论:通过一系列护理管理措施的实践,对促进医院护理文化与品牌建设有显著促进成效。

Objective：To explore the practice and effect of nursing culture and brand construction in Chinese medicine hospital. Methods：By updating the concept of nursing service,develop service detail specification,improve the nurse′s occupation accomplishment,the use of PDCA cycle of quality manage-ment tools to improve quality,improve the service process optimization system,strengthen the construction of nursing,founded and journal of nursing culture practice and exploration of nursing culture and brand building. Results：The nursing work have been generally praised received patients,patient′s satisfaction increased from the previous 96% to 99. 3%. The nursing work has been fully affirmed the county other hospitals,community and peer praise,nursing staff＆#39;s own sense of self-worth and occupation value sense of promotion. Conclusion：Nnursing practice through a series of management measures,to promote the hospital nursing culture and brand building had significant promoting effect.
