摘要
根据麦克斯韦方程,对固体电枢电磁发射的过程进行了研究,对电枢在静态模型下的电磁发射进行了模拟。基于ANSYS建立了固体C型电枢电磁性能的有限元分析模型,对几种改进C型电枢进行了仿真计算,仿真结果显示了固体电枢内部磁感强度、电流密度和温度分布,并研究了电枢几何结构参数改变对电磁性能的影响。研究工作为改进电枢设计,减小电枢烧蚀提供了理论依据。
According to the Maxwell equations,the launching process of C-shaped solid armatures is studied. A static model for E ML is discussed to simulate the three dimension C-shaped armature. In this paper,the solid three-dimensional finite element model of a C-shaped armature is established by ANSYS analytical software. Several kinds of improved C-shaped armature are simulated and the results show the distributions of the magnetic induction intensity,the current density and the temperature. Analysis of its geometric structures influence on the electromagnetic properties is made. The research results can provide the basic theoretical foundations for the armature design and lessen erosion in armature.
