摘要
突发事件应急管理关系到国家的安全和社会的稳定。面对突发事件频发的严峻形势,我国的应急管理在挑战中取到了很大的进展,作为应急管理重要环节的应急机制也初步建立并发挥了作用。进一步完善我国的应急管理机制,要从完善预防和准备机制、应急决策和指挥机制、应急联动机制、信息的发布和沟通机制、善后处理机制等方面具体着手。
The management of public emergency concerns national security and social stability. In the face of the grim situation of increasing public emergencies, emergency management in China has achieved great progress from the challenge, since emergency mechanism has been established and played an important role. To further improve the mechanism of emergency management in China, we must take some specific measures such as to improve the prevention and preparedness mechanisms, emergency decision-making and command mechanism, emergency response mechanism, information release and communication mechanism, rehabilitation mechanism, so on and so forth.
