摘要
《陌生女子》这一短篇小说收录在法国作家维里耶的小说集《残酷故事》中。这篇小说写了一个美得非同寻常但无法实现的爱情故事。小说由简单的故事情节和大段的哲理性对话构成,小说结构和传统以写实为主的小说拉开了距离,其重心也不再放到对现实的模仿上,而是转移到对抽象事物的描绘。作者刻意通过小说人物的出场顺序、歌剧院场景的设置、有听力障碍的女主人公、人物的大段对话表达象征主义的美学追求。
The story L＇Inconnue is included in the collection of tales Cruel Tales written by French writer,Villiers. It is about an unusual but unattainable love story. The story, whose plot is simple, is flooded with a lot of philosophical dialogues. This story, different from traditional realistic writings which think highly of the striking resemblance of reality, prefers to describe abstract things. The author expressed his understandings and attitudes towards truth,love and beauty by the l＇inconnue＇s view of things.
