摘要
教师职业技能大体包括口语表达技能、书面表达技能、教学工作技能、班主任工作技能以及教学研究、人际交往等方面。高等师范院校对师范生进行教师职业技能的训练也从上述诸方面进行。然而,对来自方言区的师范生而言,教师语言技能则是影响其他几项技能的主要因素。可以说,语言训练是方言区师范生进行教师职业技能训练的关键。
Teachers' professional skills include those such as speaking, writing, teaching, class management, teaching research and interpersonal communication, on which students' training is based in higher normal education. However, for the students from dialectal areas, teachers' language skills is the main factor influencing other skills. Language training is the key to training normal university students in dialectal areas.
