摘要
某公司新建工作车间采用配筋混凝土金刚砂骨料耐磨地坪施工技术,针对厂房基础沉降量控制、防潮隔汽、裂缝防控等问题,在桩基设计、配筋设计和混凝土浇筑等方面采取措施,并对墙基、变形缝等薄弱环节进行处理,防止了地平高低差及裂缝的产生,保证了施工质量。
Wearable reinforced concrete emery aggregate floor is adopted in a new workshop of a company. Various measures for foundation settlement control, moistureproof and vapor insulation, crack prevention and control are adopted during pile foundation design, reinforcement design and concrete grouting, and some weak points, such as wall base and deformation joint, etc., are treated to prevent generation of floor height difference and crack and to guarantee the construction quality.
