摘要
为对工程进行快速修补,将普通硅酸盐水泥和硫铝酸盐水泥按不同的比例进行复配以研究复合体系的凝结时间、强度、变形等性能,优化配合比,以满足快速修补的特殊要求。试验结果表明当硫铝酸盐水泥含量在15%时复合胶凝材料在各方面均表现出优异的性能,在此基准配合比基础上掺入聚丙烯纤维、高效减水剂及矿物掺合料,可配制出具有较短凝结时间、良好和易性、较高强度的复合胶凝快速修补砂浆。
In order to repair construction rapidly, according to the different proportion, portland cement and sulphur aluminate cement are used to make up a composite cementitious materials, the setting time, strength and deformation of composite system are researched to satisfy the special requirement of fast repair. Test results show that composite cementitious materials have superior performance in various aspects when the SAC is 15%, on the basis of this benchmark ratio mixed with proper amount of polypropylene fiber, high efficiency water reducing agent and mineral admixtures, composite cementitious mortar can be made out with a short setting time, good workability, and high strength.
