The Reconstruction of the Culture of the Rule of Law

由于西方法治文化使当今世界面临着生态危机、区际危机、社会危机等多重危机的威胁。因此,必须重新认识法治文化并进行法治文化的重建。唯如此,才能保证法治建设的正确轨道。而法治文化的重建,需要以人的生存与发展为价值指引,秉持法治文化的多元立场,更新法治观念,形成超越民族界限的、生态化的法治认识。

Due to western rule of law culture,the world today is facing ecological crisis,interregional crisis,social crisis and the threat of multiple crises. Therefore,we must understand the rule of law culture to assure correct construction of the rule of law. And the reconstruction of the culture of rule of law,needs man＇s development as value guidance,to grasp the rule of law culture＇s multiple position,update the concept of rule of law,and form beyond national boundaries,the ecology of the rule of law.
