“教养教育”在日语专业人才培养设置中的重要作用——从日本大学教育中得到的启发

The Importance of “Upbringing Education”in Professional Education of Japanese——Inspiration from College Education in Japan Major

近年来,大学教育的模式问题引起了世界范围的广泛瞩目。在我国,随着大学扩招、升学率不断提高、教学环境和培养目标的变化,培养什么样的人才成了热点问题。对于外语专业来说,这个问题显得尤为突出。以大学外语教育中的日语专业为例,借鉴日本近现代教育中的经验,在考察现有教育方针的基础上,指出当前人才培养方式的不足,并提出"教养教育"在大学教育尤其是日语专业教育中的重要性。

In recent years,the problem of university education model has attracted the worldwide attention. In China,along with university enrollment expansion,graduation rates,the change of teaching environment and training objective,to cultivate what kind of talents has become a hot issue. For foreign professionals,this problem is particularly prominent. This paper takes university Japanese language education as an example,learns from the experience of modern Japanese education based on the study of our education policy,points out the deficiency of the current talent training methods,and puts forward the importance of＂upbringing education＂in college education,especially in the Japanese language professional education.
