摘要 当前我国高职教育存在的技术技能人才供给不足和就业难度递增双重困境、就业结构改善与产业结构调整双重匹配度困境、就业率及满意度下滑和执业稳定性差双重提升空间困境以及技术技能"能力品牌化"建设和"学历品牌化"持续发展双重扭转困境严重影响着现代职业教育的持续发展。要着力推进高职院校技术技能人才培养机制转型,突破高职院校的发展瓶颈,需要从政策保障、人力保障、财力保障、人才培养体系标准、人才培养质量、"能力品牌化"建设角度取得突破,从而培养出适应我国经济发展需要的技术技能人才。 There are some problems in the higher vocational education which hinder the development of the modern vocational education, such as the shortage of technical skill talents anti me increasing difficulty of the employment, the divergence between improvement of employment structure and adjustment of industrial structure, low rate of employment and satisfaction and poor stability of the career which need to be promoted, and the difficult position of promoting the construction of "ability branding" and "education branding". The higher vocational colleges should push on the transformation of cultivation mechanism and break through the bottleneck of the development of higher vocational colleges. They should make a breakthrough from the policy guarantee, human security, financial security, personnel training system standard, quality of personnel training, and the construction of "ability branding", so as to cultivate the technical talents to adapting the economic development.
