主动电极与被动电极在右心室起搏应用中的参数对比 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价主动电极在右心室流出道间隔部起搏应用中的临床疗效和稳定性。方法 110例有Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞的患者随机分为主动电极组60例和被动电极组50例,主动电极组采用主动固定电极行右心室流出道间隔部起搏,被动电极组采用被动固定电极行右心室心尖部起搏,比较两组植入前后心电图QRS波时限及电极植入即刻及随访过程中的起搏阈值、感知、阻抗。结果两组术后QRS波时限均较术前显著延长(P<0.01),组间差异显著(P<0.01)。主动电极组在术后即刻起搏阈值较被动电极组高,有统计学差异(P<0.05),两组在术后1个月、6个月、12个月的随访过程中测试起搏阈值、R波感知及阻抗均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论主动固定电极在右心室流出道间隔部的起搏应用可行而稳定。 Objectives To evaluate the clinical efficacy and stability of active electrode used in right ventricular septum pacing. Methods A total of 110 patients withⅢdegree atrioventricular block were randomly divided into 2 groups.60 patients in active e-lectrode group were performed with right ventricular septum pacing using fixed active electrode while 50 patients were with right ven-tricular apex pacing using fixed passive electrode.QRS wave time limit of ECG before and after electrode implantation and pacing threshold,R wave perception and impedance at the immediate time of electrode implantation and during follow-up.Results QRS wave time limit of 2 groups after electrode implantation prolonged more obviously than before electrode implantation (P〈0.01) and passive electrode group prolonged more significantly than active electrode group (P〈0.01).The immediate pacing threshold in ac-tive electrode group was higher than passive electrode group (P〈0.05).There was no difference in acing threshold,R wave percep-tion and impedance during 1,6 and 12 months of follow-up between 2 groups (P〉0.05).Conclusions Fixed active electrode is feasible and stable used in right ventricular septum pacing.
