不同类型脑小血管病伴发血管性认知功能损害的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析比较不同临床类型脑小血管病的血管性认知功能的损害差异。方法纳入脑小血管病(SVD)患者85例,包括33例腔隙性病灶,30例单纯脑白质疏松症(LA),22例脑白质疏松并腔隙性病灶,健康对照组65例。分别进行事件相关电位(P300)及简易智能状态检查表(MMSE)检查。结果脑白质疏松并腔隙性病灶组较其他各组MMSE评分值降低(P<0.05),P300潜伏期延长(P<O.01),P300波幅降低(P<0.05)。脑小血管病各组与对照组比较,P300潜伏期显著延长(P<O.01),P300波幅明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 P300潜伏期可有效评价脑小血管病患者的认知功能,是临床早期诊断脑小血管病患者认知功能障碍的客观指标之一。
