Establishing a Service-Oriented University Trade Union Based on “5 Services”

高校工会作为教职工群众合法权益的代表者和维护者,应秉持全心全意为职工服务的理念,并将之贯穿于工会工作的全过程。天津科技大学将履职同服务紧密融合,为实现学校更快发展服务;为助力教职工事业腾飞服务;为提升教职工幸福指数服务;为维护教职工民主权益服务;为培养学生成长成才服务。以"五服务"为工作主线创建服务型高校工会。

The university trade union, as a representative and guardian of the legal interests of the faculty and staff, is supposed to follow the principle of service wholeheartedly and carry it out through its entire work. The union of Tianjin University of Science and Technology has made the following ＂5 services＂ its work responsibilities： serving the school＇s development, serving the faculty＇s and staff＇s career, serving their happiness index, serving their rights and serving students＇ talent-formation, so as to establish a service-oriented university trade union.
