摘要
近年来,高校扩招致使大学生数量急速增加,大学生就业问题日益严峻。作为人才培养机构的高校,由于教育理念陈旧,教学目标不明确导致毕业生不符合企业要求,造成结构性失业。胜任素质模型能够区分工作绩效的优劣。以大学生胜任素质为依据的高校人才培养体系对于提升大学生的就业率和职业生涯持续竞争力有巨大的现实意义,能够为高校教学改革提供借鉴。
The number of students increased sharply because of the expansion of university enrollment in recent years, which makes university students' employment problem become more and more serious. As the talent training institution, colleges and universities cause the problem that graduates do not conform to the requirements of the enterprise, which is called structural unemployment on account of outdated education concept. The competency mode can provide reference for the reform of college teaching owing to the function of distinguishing the key factors of job performance. The universities' talent training system based on competency mode has great practical significance on improving college students' employment and continued career competitiveness.
