摘要
秦山第二核电厂D302大修期间,对两台CRF鼓型滤网进行停机检修,检查时发现两台CRF鼓型滤网两侧轮毂存在不同程度的裂纹,并有进一步扩展的趋势,其中一台鼓型滤网左侧轮毂已经形成贯穿性裂纹,严重影响鼓型滤网的正常稳定运行,所以查找原因、研究对策就显得至关重要。通过分析,认为鼓型滤网轮毂的自身结构和轮毂的自身材料是导致轮毂开裂的根本原因。根据分析,有针对性地对鼓型滤网轮毂进行了修复,彻底消除了轮毂的缺陷。此项修复设计技术在秦山第二核电厂鼓型滤网轮毂上首次得到成功应用,为其他电厂及相关单位处理此种大型旋转装置的类似突发问题,提供了借鉴依据。
Two CRF drum filters are overhauled for downtime during Qinshan lI I)302 outage. Through inspection, hubs in both sides of CRF drum filters have different degrees of cracks, and the cracks show further expansion trend. The left hub of one drum filter has been formed penetrating cracks, which seriously affects the normal and stable operation of the drum filter. To find the cause and solution to the problem is very important. Through analysis,it was found that the structure and the material of the drum filter hub are the root causes leading to the cracks. According to the conclusion and analysis, the drum filter hubs are pertinently repaired, and the defects of the drum filter hubs are thoroughly eliminated. Meanwhile, the first successful application of the repair design technology for the drum filter hubs in our plant provides a reference basis for other relevant units to deal with such unexpected problems happened in the large rotating devices.
